Shelf Pharma initially operated manually, which proved both inefficient and time-consuming. Tracking sales, managing inventory, accounting, and purchasing was time-consuming and susceptible to human error.
Shelf Pharma's solution was to incorporate SowaanERP's modules into their business operations to automate and increase efficiency. SowaanERP is an Enterprise Resource Planning system that assists companies with planning, purchasing, inventory control, sales, marketing as well as finance, and human resource functions.
Implementation of SowaanERP modules began on the 10th of June and continued up to 18th July 2023, during which period effectiveness and impact of system on operations were closely tracked.
Shelf Pharma discovered SowaanERP through a Google Campaign and determined it would provide them with the solution to automate their business processes.
SowaanERP modules had a significant effect on Shelf Pharma's operations, greatly streamlining administrative tasks while making sales management, inventory control, accounting management, purchasing management and easier - ultimately eliminating manual errors, saving time and increasing productivity for their company.
